After 10 plus years as a Personal Trainer, servicing many clients, I won't work with just anyone! That's why I take the first step of analysing your current level of fitness. This allows me to get clear on what needs to be done. Next I'll get clear on exactly what you'd like to to achive and I'll let you know if that is something that I can help you with.
You'll need to complete my pre-exercise screening form so I can get a complete understanding of your physical history so we can create a baseline to work from.
We'll start to dig in deep and explore exactly what you've done in the past and most importantly what your future fitness goals look like and the game plan to get there!
Once we are crystal clear on the game plan, I will present to you exactly how I work with clients, this inludes all the program offerrings and investment options.

I help women over 40 transform their bodies and their lives because I’ve lived every part of the journey myself. Over two and a half years, I lost over 25kg, rebuilt my health, navigated the chaos of messed‑up hormones and peri‑menopause, and learned what real consistency actually looks like. I invested in myself, worked with a coach, and committed to becoming the woman I knew I could be - stronger, healthier, more confident, and finally in control.
I’ve been part of the fitness industry since 2006, and my passion has only grown. I know how overwhelming it feels to start again, how frustrating it is when your body doesn’t respond the way it used to, and how easy it is to put yourself last. That’s why I coach the way I do - supportive, direct, empowering, and grounded in real experience, not quick fixes.
My mission is simple: to help women become the strongest, healthiest, most confident versions of themselves - inside and out. Because when you get up, move your body, and do something fabulous, everything in your life shifts!
